“Transparence” comes from a play of light. The Villa traces clear lines that follow the path of the sun and its reflection on its surfaces and is designed to react on the varying transparencies of spaces with light and air.

Maximum sustainability is achieved by the use of photovoltaic panels and insulation from heat and sound by utilizing floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass windows along with double masonry walls. The material palette resonates with large-format White Marmi marble tiles used  for the interiors and exteriors, giving rise to a polished elevation complimenting the mesh facade and…
