The project is located in the city center of Seville (Spain). It have 127 diners. The program require a cosmopolitan design with traditional materials. Menu is as modern with influences from Spain, Argentina, Italy and beyond. They also have a wood fired oven producing bread, pizza and other.
The distribution of uses is based on a suitable relation between public and private uses. The main public area is conceived as an intimate space between brick walls. Brick lined interior with high ceilings and friendly attentive service.
