The building, dating from the 17th century, has enormously attractive (old) structural elements. The walls are mostly made up out of large uneven shaped blocks in the front, and the ceilings reveal a charming oak beam structure.
The strategy is simple: to strip the entire building back to its original character. This pleasant and authentic raw base serves as a unique atmosphere of the future bar.
