forward-thinking builders at the cutting edge of home energy savings, comfort, health and durability.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.archidust.com\/Home\/brand_details\/Dwell-Development-650\">Dwell Development<\/a>\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.archidust.com\/Home\/project_details\/Genesee-Park-415\">Genesee Park Net Zero<\/a>\u2014along with 27 other homes across the country\u2014was selected by a panel of national building industry experts. The 3,700 square-foot home near the shores of Seattle\u2019s Lake Washington has a free-flowing floor plan filled with natural light, airy living spaces, flexible bonus rooms, and indoor\/outdoor entertainment areas.
